Mentor
Mentors provide guidance and support for students as they tackle biggest, most complicated team project of their life so far. Many mentors and students form relationships that endure beyond their high school years and continue to provide advice in college and beyond.
We expect the team to grow 50% or more this year and would like to bring additional mentors onboard. We have a particular focus in finding more female technical mentors as our team is 40%+ female and we'd like to have more visible role models for them.
